Cancellations & Refunds
Our talented instructors count on class enrollment numbers for their time, supplies, and pay. As such, we do not provide make-up classes if you or your child miss a class. Instead, we offer our BCA families free events and activities throughout the year.
If you or your child need to cancel a class registration that you have already paid for, you must notify us a minimum of 14 days in advance, after which we will provide a full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
